Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.

• A booking will be confirmed only after receiving partial or full payment as per our policy.

• Travelers are required to provide accurate personal information and valid ID proof at the time of booking.

Payments

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted online payment methods.

• Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

• Kashmir Highway Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time.

Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel price changes, government taxes, or hotel tariff revisions.

• We are not responsible for any price changes made by third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Kashmir Highway Holidays acts as a travel facilitator, coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and sightseeing services.

• We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss of belongings, or cancellations caused by natural disasters, accidents, political situations, or government restrictions.

Customer Conduct

• Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, fellow tourists, and local communities.

• Any misconduct or violation of local laws may lead to cancellation of the tour without any refund.

Jurisdiction

• Any disputes or legal matters related to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
