Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
- A booking will be confirmed only after receiving partial or full payment as per our policy.
- Travelers must provide accurate personal details and valid government-issued ID proof at the time of booking.
Payments
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted online payment methods.
- Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour.
- Kashmir Highway Holidays reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified time.
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as fuel price fluctuations, government taxes, or hotel tariff revisions.
- We are not responsible for any pricing changes made by third-party service providers.
Responsibilities
Kashmir Highway Holidays acts as a travel facilitator, coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and other service providers.
We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss of belongings, or cancellations caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Accidents
- Political situations
- Government restrictions
Customer Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, fellow tourists, and local communities.
- Any misconduct, illegal activity, or violation of local laws may result in immediate cancellation of the tour without any refund.
Changes & Cancellations
- Any changes requested by the customer are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Cancellation policies will be shared at the time of booking and must be followed accordingly.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal matters related to our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (India).
