At Kashmir Highway Holidays, we aim to maintain a fair and transparent refund policy for all our customers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation:

• 26 days or more before travel: Full refund of the booking amount
• 21 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• Within 15 days of departure or no-show: No refund applicable

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once booked and confirmed:

• Flight and train tickets
• Special event bookings (festivals, concerts, peak holiday seasons, etc.)
• Government fees, permits, taxes, and third-party charges

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refunds will be credited only through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
