At Kashmir Highway Holidays, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans may change, and we have established a fair refund policy to assist our customers.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are processed based on the timing of your cancellation request:

• 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fees
• 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund of the total booking amount
• 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund of the total booking amount
• Less than 7 days before travel: No refund applicable

Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Visa processing fees
• Third-party booking fees (airlines, hotels booked separately)
• Administrative and service charges

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team via email or phone with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
