Cancellation Overview

Kashmir Highway Holidays understands that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, please contact our customer support team via phone or email with your booking confirmation number. Cancellations must be submitted in writing for documentation purposes.

Cancellation Timeline & Charges

Cancellation charges are determined based on how far in advance you cancel:

• 30+ days before departure: Cancellation fee of 10% of total booking
• 15-29 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 25% of total booking
• 7-14 days before departure: Cancellation fee of 50% of total booking
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% cancellation charge (no refund)

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, special cancellation terms may apply. We will work with you to find the best solution, including rescheduling your trip at no additional charge.
