At Kashmir Highway Holidays, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.
Cancellations by Customer
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp along with your booking reference number.
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the timeline mentioned in our Refund Policy.
- Any booking cancelled after confirmation is also subject to the policies of third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.).
Cancellations by Kashmir Highway Holidays
In rare cases where a tour is cancelled by Kashmir Highway Holidays due to unavoidable circumstances such as:
- Weather conditions
- Political or security issues
- Operational limitations
- Insufficient bookings
Customers will be offered:
✔ A full refund, or
✔ The option to reschedule to another available date or package
No-Show Policy
- If a traveler fails to join the tour, misses departure, or does not utilize booked services due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
- Missed services (such as airport transfers, sightseeing, or hotel stays) cannot be rescheduled or compensated.
Force Majeure
Kashmir Highway Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government regulations or restrictions
- Lockdowns or pandemics
- War, strikes, or civil unrest
In such situations, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to the policies of hotels, airlines, and other service providers involved.
